I've been honored to receive Awards and Special Recognitions for my accomplishments, dedication, and successes during my law enforcement career.
I couldn't have achieved those recognitions without the strong support and guidance of my peers and working relationships with all involved in these achievements.
May 2025 – FBI National Academy WI Chapter Retrainer – Top Gun Award
Represents elite proficiency in a relevant competitive skill, often firearms training, which is a key part of the academy's focus on professional development.

May 2025 – Letter from Assistant Attorney General
(recognizing collaboration and leadership on a DNA collection project that started in Monroe County and spread statewide)

May 2019 – Tomah Police Department Honorable Service Award

“For placing fist in the Dane County Rng 1 October 3rd Memorial Scrambler Megatron Blaze-A-Thon World Championships!”

2011 – Tomah Police Department – Medal of Valor
(for actions in an officer involved shooting)
“To Sergeant Christopher Weaver for his involvement in an officer involved shooting on April 22, 2011 in the City of Tomah. Sergeant Weaver intelligently and knowingly performed a courageous act of personal bravery at hazard to life under circumstances evincing a disregard for personal consequences. Sergeant Weaver’s dedication to duty is a credit to himself, his profession and the Tomah Police Department.”

2011 – Wisconsin Professional Police Association – Medal of Valor
(for actions with an officer involved shooting. (presented May 2012)
“For Exceptional Ability, Courage, Fidelity and Devotion to Duty, thereby Exemplifying the Highest Tradition of Law Enforcement."

2010 – Tomah Police Department Chief’s Award
“In recognition of your dedication and unwavering support of the Tomah Police Department’s K9 Program.
